Loose Leaf Tea
Liquorice Root - Liquorice root has many health benefits and is used in our restorative blend for its ability to soothe the digestive tract and support bowel functions.
Peppermint Leaf - Peppermint is an around digestive tonic - the essential oils in peppermint help to reduce bloating, relax the digestive system - easing cramps and allow for gas to pass easily.
Chamomile Blossom - Chamomile is an age old remedy that has been used for centuries as a sleep aid. It helps to relax both the body and the mind to support restorative sleep.

Steeping Instructions:
1 teaspoon per cup
1 cup (200ml) of filtered water
Brew for 3 minutes at 100℃

Serve:
Straight black. Drink one to two cups in the evening.
